Well ladies and gents, when I last posted I was waiting patiently for a call from the specialist I was dealing with during this whole carpet fiasco.
Around 1 ish I started to get a little antsy….no call yet and I want to get this resolved today. So I called back and left a message for her to call me back with an update.
3:00 – Finally get a call back:
“Sorry – nothing we can do……Yes I know the carpet said 72 hours installation….yes I know we promised it would be installed within 10 days…..
Uhhhhh what?! Perhaps a manager would better be able to assist me. So now I wait for yet another call. The fun just never stops!
